I have found the secret to vegetarianism.

One meal at a time.

I want to go vegetarian and have for a long time, but the thought of No More Meat sort of overwhelms me.

But I realized today, making lunch, I just have to make the choice every meal.

My tomato and avocado sandwich was delicious.


  1. I don't want to be a vegetarian. But I try to reduce my intake of meat as much as possible. I like meat but I don't like like meat :) I love vegetarian meals. You can enjoy eating vegetarian meals if you cook and not eat out. Some cultures have way more vegetarian dishes than others. If you like cooking, check out Middle Eastern and Mediterranean dishes. You will find many delicious veggie dishes.

  2. That sounds like a good sandwich! I love avocado. And tomato.

    I don't really have a problem going vegetarian and don't miss meat...but I do have a problem getting enough protein without it. So I do still eat meat a few times a week, but I'm trying to adjust. Like you say, a little at a time.
