I want it...

but do I need it?

It's only $9.99 on the kindle, and I have the first volume.

It's the same problem I have with the Orthodox Bible study books by Fr. Lawrence R. Farley. I *want* them, but do I really need them?

  1. Oh,I was reading about this earlier today! Sounds good! Who cares about need? If you can afford it,why not get it? :)

  2. I'm trying to trick myself into thinking I'm fiscally responsible!

I keep telling myself that it'll be there later, so I don't need to get it right now, especially since I'm not going to read it right away anyway.

  3. Haha, girl do I know that feeling! I tend to wait for my library to get them home (though that takes a while, but my list of books to read is a mile long anyway), but I'm also a student and constantly broke. Fiscally responsible? What is this horror you talk about?! ;)

  4. Becky,

I haven't even been inside a library in years. I have issues with giving the books back! :D If I want a book I buy it. I may wait until I find it on sale, but then I've got shelves and shelves and shelves of books to read so I'm not lacking for entertainment.

It's this new thing I'm trying where I don't just buy the first shiny thing that catches my eye! I'll let you know how it goes. :)

  5. Well my library is really great to be honest, and also, being a student I have no money and no room for books, so I rarely buy books (though one day, God willing, I'll have a huge collection of my favourites!)
